Michael Swaim

Michael Swaim has worked for seven different companies since 1998. Michael began their career at Black and Decker/HHI as a Product/Channel/District Manager. Michael then moved to TREX as a Senior Sales Representative in 2003. In 2005, they joined IDEAL Industries as a Product Manager. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Littelfuse as an Industrial Sales Manager and Product Manager, where they expanded the Industrial Sales Distribution Channel and managed the Product Roadmap, pricing, budgeting, production, and quality. In 2019, they joined Jacuzzi Group Worldwide as a Product Manager. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager at West Coast Corporation since 2021.

Michael Swaim completed their MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Finance in 2019. Michael then obtained a Sales Channel Management certification from LinkedIn in March 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 1994 in Finance. Michael also obtained an Associate of Science from Penn Foster in Electrical Engineering Technology.
