Jodii Maguire is an experienced professional in performance psychology and human resources, currently serving as Director at Think Performance since 2008. Jodii's roles include Performance Psychologist for the West Coast Eagles and Academy Performance Psychologist for Western Force, both starting in 2022. Additional positions include Consultant Corporate Psychologist for DUET and Club Psychologist for CQUniversity Cairns Taipans and Netball WA & West Coast Fever. From 2008 to 2013, Jodii was the Team Psychologist for Perth Wildcats and Perth Lynx, and held the position of HR Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2000 to 2008.

West Coast Eagles
The West Coast Eagles Football Club formed in August, 1986, playing its first official match for premiership points against Richmond in 1987. Our women's side played its first game for AFLW premiership points in February 2020 against Collingwood. Since then, the club has enjoyed significant success , winning premierships in 1992, 1994, 2006 and 2018. Based at Mineral Resources Park in Lathlain, West Coast boasts a proud tradition of success on and off the field which can be attributed to its many loyal members and corporate partners.
