Jordan Lake is a skilled physiotherapist with extensive experience in sports rehabilitation and management. Currently serving as the WAFL Eagles Physiotherapist for the West Coast Eagles since December 2021 and as a Senior Physiotherapist at Fx Physiotherapy since November 2021, Jordan has also held the position of Head Physiotherapist for East Fremantle Football Club from November 2019 to November 2021, as well as the Colts Physiotherapist role within the same organization. Additional experience includes physiotherapy roles at Lifecare Point Walter, Palmyra Rugby Union Club, and various positions at East Fremantle Football Club. Jordan Lake holds a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy with a specialization in Sports Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Curtin University.

West Coast Eagles

The West Coast Eagles Football Club formed in August, 1986, playing its first official match for premiership points against Richmond in 1987. Our women's side played its first game for AFLW premiership points in February 2020 against Collingwood. Since then, the club has enjoyed significant success , winning premierships in 1992, 1994, 2006 and 2018. Based at Mineral Resources Park in Lathlain, West Coast boasts a proud tradition of success on and off the field which can be attributed to its many loyal members and corporate partners.
