Kachina Heil, SHRM-SCP, has over 15 years of experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of HR at West Coast Financial since July 2008, Kachina is responsible for overseeing policies and procedures, talent acquisition, professional development, benefits and compensation, and employee engagement. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Montecito Property Company from May 2007 to July 2008, and Accounting Manager at MedBridge Development from February 2001 to February 2007. Kachina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound, earned between 1996 and 2000.
