Raj Kadam

Raj Kadam, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare technology and operations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of CareInsight since April 2020, Raj is committed to innovating healthcare through data analytics. In addition, Raj holds the position of Chief Information Officer at West Coast University, promoting career-focused healthcare education. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Health Plan Operations and Chief Information Officer at LIBERTY Dental Plan, where Raj oversaw technology and claims operations, and CIO for Conduent, focusing on healthcare platforms. Raj's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Xerox and Molina Healthcare, as well as foundational roles at Qualcomm and Grey Matter India Technologies. Raj holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
