Ricardo Aguirre completed their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1995. Ricardo further pursued their academic aspirations by obtaining a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed between 1995 and 1997.
