Scott Lyle

Scott Lyle is a Senior Project Manager at WEST Consultants, Inc. since August 2024, having previously held the same position at NV5 from June 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer for the City of Carlsbad's Transportation Department from November 2019 to June 2023, and as a Senior Project Manager at NV5 from January 2016 to November 2019. Scott Lyle was also the President of Lyle Engineering, Inc. from January 2005 to November 2019, and the Principal Civil Engineer and Division Manager for the Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District from July 2014 to December 2015. Early career highlights include being the Engineering Manager at NV5, then known as Nolte Associates, Inc., starting in May 1984. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, graduate studies in Environmental Hydrology and Water Resources from UC Irvine, and a Graduate Certificate in Coastal Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
