Jessica Ross is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in counseling and outdoor leadership. Currently serving as a Dual Enrollment Counselor and High School Counselor at West Contra Costa Unified School District since August 2017, Jessica has successfully managed caseloads of 350-650 students and implemented strategies that significantly improved college eligibility for seniors. With over a decade of experience as a Lead Instructor and Course Director at Outward Bound, Jessica has mentored diverse youth through wilderness courses and developed impactful curricula focused on personal growth.
