Chad Willett

Chad Willett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and business management. As the Chief Instigator, Founder, and Managing Director at West Edge Collective since February 2015, Chad has successfully built and managed a team of over 20 staff members while servicing more than 100 local and regional clients. Prior to this role, Chad founded Warehouse Twenty One, a full-service advertising agency, and grew it to over 20 employees and $3 million in revenue during a decade of operation. Earlier career experiences include serving as Lead Creative Specialist at Laramie County Community College, where Chad designed various marketing materials, and as a Senior Graphic Designer at Kinko's Corporate, crafting documents for multiple locations in the Rocky Mountain region. Chad's educational background includes studies at The Art Institutes and Cheyenne East High School.
