Penny Bryan

Penny Bryan has over 29 years of experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at West Florida Electric Cooperative since July 1994. In addition to managerial roles, including HR and Employee Development and Manager of Member Services, Penny began as a Member Service Representative. Penny has also held the position of Adjunct Professor at The Baptist College of Florida since January 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Directory Services Operator at AT&T and as a Clerk Typist Specialist for the State of Florida Department of Natural Resources. Penny Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University.
