Elaine Jensen

Elaine Jensen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Human Resources and Total Rewards at West Fraser since January 2005. Previously, Elaine held various roles at Weldwood of Canada Limited, including Employee Relations Manager from January 2002 to January 2005, and served as Human Resources Manager and in other corporate HR positions from November 1987 to January 2002. Elaine's educational background includes a diploma in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Education from the University of the Fraser Valley, a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, and participation in the Queen's Executive Program at Queen's University from 2015 to 2016.
