The West Fraser leadership team has a long history of experience in the forest industry. Many members have worked their way up from production positions at Zeidler Forest Industries and TimberWest Forest Corp. to management positions at West Fraser. Others have come from different forest companies, such as Finlay Forest Industries and Fransen Engineering. The team is also well-educated, with degrees in Political Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, and Environmental Chemistry.
