Shane Myers

Shane Myers is a seasoned professional in mortgage underwriting with extensive experience in the financial sector. Since December 2014, Shane has served as the Vice President and Mortgage Underwriting Manager at West Gate Bank, overseeing the underwriting of eligible mortgage loans and collaborating with lenders to ensure compliance with investor requirements. Prior to this role, Shane worked at Mutual of Omaha Bank from December 2010 to November 2014 as a Mortgage Loan Underwriting Officer and Senior Mortgage Processor, where responsibilities included processing various loan types and maintaining compliance standards. Earlier experience includes a position as Management Trainee at Cornerstone Bank from May 2007 to November 2010, where Shane received comprehensive training in lending and operations. Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Peru State College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeast Community College.
