Bartosz Andryszak

Bartosz Andryszak is an experienced performance analyst and scout currently serving as the First Team Performance Analyst for West Ham United FC since February 2023. Additionally, Bartosz has worked as a freelancer at Asystent Trenera since January 2021 and is the owner of Ćpaj Książki since March 2020. With a long-standing affiliation with the Polish Football Association since 2014, Bartosz has held roles as a scout and previously served as a performance analyst for QPR FC from December 2012 to January 2023. Bartosz also has coaching experience, having been the Head Football Coach for KKS Lech Poznań in partnership with a primary school from September 2008 to June 2011. Academically, Bartosz holds two master's degrees in football coaching, one from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Eugeniusza Piaseckiego w Poznaniu and another from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
