Richard Weiler

Richard Weiler is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in sports medicine and performance support. Currently serving as the Para Football Lead Performance Doctor at The Football Association and Chief Medical Officer for the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association, Weiler also provides medical support at Surrey County Cricket Club and serves as Lead Sports Physician and Club Doctor for West Ham United FC. Additional roles include being an Ambassador for the DT38 Foundation and a Consultant in Sport, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Medicine at Fortius Clinic. Weiler has extensive experience with the NHS as a Locum General Practitioner and has recently served as a FIFA Medical Officer for the U20 World Cup and the World Cup 2022. Weiler was also the Team GB Medical Officer for Mountain Sports during the Winter Olympics in Beijing 2022.
