Caroline Picher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. As of September 2021, they are a Senior Research Associate at West Health. Prior to that, they worked at the National Governors Association from 2016 to 2021, starting as a Policy Analyst and then transitioning to a Senior Policy Analyst role. In 2014, they served as a Health Insurance Navigator at the Health Federation of Philadelphia. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Navigator Program Specialist at Resources for Human Development. Caroline also has experience as a Research and Evaluation Intern at both the Public Health Management Corporation, where they focused on tobacco control, and the City of Philadelphia, where they worked with the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbilities Services and researched IT procurement. Caroline Picher completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Science, Technology, and Society from Vassar College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, completing their studies from 2015 to 2016.
