Grant Gardner is a GIS Manager and Team Lead at WEST, Inc. since August 2010, overseeing day-to-day GIS operations and managing a team of GIS Specialists and Technicians. Responsibilities include developing integrated data management solutions, maintaining a centralized spatial data system, and enforcing quality control for spatial data. Previously served as a GIS Specialist and taught as an instructor at the University of Wyoming. Earlier roles included Field Biologist at Klamath Bird Observatory and Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory, as well as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wyoming, where curriculum updates and lab instruction were part of the duties. Grant holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Geography, and History from the University of Richmond.
