Russ Banner is currently the Employability and Enterprise Officer at West Kent Housing Association since November 2021. Prior to this role, Russ was a Director at CAREER GUIDANCE CHARTS LTD since January 2013. With previous experience as a Careers Advisor at RBLI (Royal British Legion Industries) and a Personal Advisor at Connexions Northumberland, Russ has a strong background in career guidance and planning. Russ also has experience as a Youth Worker at Contagious Youth Services and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Theology/Theological Studies from Belfast Bible College.
