Alex Chiang

Alex Chiang is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the property development sector. Currently serving as Director of Project Management at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since November 2022, Alex has held key positions including General Manager of Project Management. Previous roles include Project Director at New World China and New World Construction Company Limited, Senior Project Manager at Hysan Development Company Limited, and AVP of Project Management at Phoenix Property Investors. Early career experience includes positions at MTR Corporation Ltd., Gammon Construction Limited, and Maunsell Structural Consultants Limited.
