Man Sze Lau

Man Sze Lau is a professional with extensive experience in urban planning and development, currently serving as the Head of Park & Public Open Space at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since October 2012. Previous roles at West Kowloon included Acting Head and Manager positions focused on park operations and destination development. Prior to this, Man Sze Lau worked as a Senior Economist at AECOM and an Urban Planner at Arup. Earlier career experiences include positions as Development Manager at Meraas Development and Senior Planner at Redrow Homes, starting with a foundational role as a Planner at HEPHER DIXON LIMITED. Man Sze Lau holds a BSc in Land Management and an MSc in Urban Planning & Development, both from the University of Reading.
