Patrick Lam

Patrick Lam is an experienced professional in the field of transport engineering and management. Currently serving as a Director at Tai Yip Cultural Group since March 2019, Patrick also holds the position of Senior Traffic and Transport Engineer at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since September 2010, overseeing all traffic and transport-related issues for the project. Prior to these roles, Patrick was the Director of Traffic Engineering at Wilbur Smith Associates from April 2007 to September 2010. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds (1997-1998) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (1993-1996).
