Head, CRM And Customer Experience at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority

Ronald Sum has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Ronald is currently serving as the Head of CRM and Customer Experience at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Marketing and Branding (District Development) at the same organization from November 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Ronald worked as a Manager of Brand Management at New World China from May 2018 to November 2021.

Ronald also had experience working at DFI Retail Group, where they served as a Marketing Manager from January 2016 to May 2018 and as an Assistant Marketing Manager from October 2013 to December 2015.

Additionally, they worked as an Interactive Marketing Specialist at Shangri-La Group from August 2012 to September 2013 and as an Assistant Commercial Officer/Assistant Marketing Communications Officer at HK Electric from June 2010 to August 2012.

Furthermore, Ronald started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer from January 2010 to June 2010.

Ronald Sum has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ronald also holds a diploma in Commercial Design from the First Institute of Art and Design.
