Clare Bailey Fipm

Clare Bailey FIPM, MCIPS, is an experienced professional in the retail sector, having founded The Retail Champion in August 2010, where mentoring, coaching, training, and consulting programs are designed to aid businesses in developing scalable and saleable processes. Currently serving as Managing Consultant for West Lindsey District Council, Clare also holds roles as a Professional Speaker, Interim Consultant at ARC Business Services Ltd, and Managing Partner for Surprize Me. Additional experience includes being a Lead Consultant for Destination Lincolnshire and Papirfly Group, as well as Associate Trainer at The Apprenticeship College. Clare's educational background includes an Engineer’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
