Nova Roberts has over 15 years of leadership experience in change management and customer service across various sectors, including local government and retail. Currently serving as Director of Change Management, ICT & Regulatory Services at West Lindsey District Council since December 2020, Nova has also held significant positions at South Kesteven District Council, Wickes, and Charles Tyrwhitt. Known for implementing strategic initiatives resulting in enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiencies, Nova has a proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving transformational projects. Academic credentials include studies at Oxford Brookes University and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, where an Advanced Certificate in Marketing Management was obtained.
