Beth Brownlee

Beth Brownlee currently serves as the Head of Student Experience and Improvement at West Lothian College, where responsibilities include leading a team in delivering courses across business and creative disciplines. With a robust background in HR, organisational development, and quality assurance, Beth has held various significant roles including Depute Manager - Business and Creative and HRM Advisor. Additionally, Beth contributes to the community as Treasurer for Broxburn and Uphall Development Group and as a Board Trustee for Neil’s Hugs Foundation. Previous experience includes founding and directing a community bakery project and roles at W.L. Gore & Associates in retail marketing. Beth holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Teaching Qualification, showcasing a strong educational foundation in psychology, leadership, and occupational safety.
