Ginger van Deventer

Ginger Van Deventer currently serves as the Chief Stores Officer at West Marine since January 2023 and is a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since September 2022. Previously, Ginger held various leadership roles at The Michaels Companies, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Store Operations and Vice President of Store Operations from April 2019 to January 2023. Ginger's extensive career at Office Depot spanned nearly two decades from May 1999 to October 2018, where notable titles included Senior Regional Director, Regional Vice President, and Director of Store Operations and Training. Ginger is an alumnus of Georgia State University.
