Michael Potter

Michael Potter has extensive work experience in the marine industry. Michael started their career as the Director of Marketing at OMC Sunbird Boats in 1988. Michael then moved on to Outboard Marine Corporation, where they held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Parts & Accessories Marketing. After that, they joined HTA, LLC as the General Manager/Partner. Finally, they worked at West Marine, first as the Director of Private Label Brand Management and later as the Senior Director of Direct Sales Operations.

Michael Potter earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hope College in 1977. Michael later completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 1988.
