Robert Wilcox

Robert Wilcox has extensive experience in retail management, serving as General Manager at West Marine since June 1995, where responsibilities include maximizing sales, minimizing costs, and enhancing the work environment while overseeing all store operations. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of District Manager, leading sixteen store managers and 130 associates across the DC Metro and South Mid-Atlantic Districts. Robert's career also includes experience as a Trade Broker at International Barter Group, managing over 100 clients, and as a Project Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, where fundraising event execution and sponsor negotiations were key responsibilities.
