Sahil Wadhwa

Sahil Wadhwa has a diverse work experience in finance and retail management. Sahil started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Jewel Food Stores in 2003, before moving on to True Value Company as a Manager of Financial Analysis in 2007. Sahil then founded RetailStrat in 2011, where they served as the Founder and Principal. Sahil later joined Advance Auto Parts, where they held various roles such as Sr. Finance Manager, Director of Finance for Retail Operations, and Vice President of Finance. Sahil then moved on to National Vision Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Finance before joining West Marine as the SVP of Finance, specializing in FP&A, Pricing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.

Sahil Wadhwa completed their Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from VC Engineering in 2003. Prior to this, they attended Springdales School. Sahil later pursued an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
