Paul Robbins has extensive experience in law enforcement, particularly in traffic policing and victim support. With a career at West Mercia Police since November 2015, Paul has effectiveness as both a Victim and Witness Care Officer and a Traffic Case Progression Officer, enhancing communication and support for victims while managing traffic-related incidents. Prior to this, Paul served with West Midlands Police for nearly 30 years, specializing as a Forensic Collision Investigator and contributing to the development of the Collision Investigation Unit. Earlier roles included various positions in traffic policing and response operations. Paul began their professional journey as a Toolmaker Apprentice at Lucas Electrical Ltd, complemented by a Licentiateship in Traffic Accident Investigation from the City and Guilds London Institute.

West Mercia Police is the territorial police force responsible for policing the counties of Herefordshire, Shropshire (including Telford and Wrekin) and Worcestershire in England.
