Helen Thompson

Helen Thompson has a strong background in communications and marketing, with experience working in various roles for companies such as West Midlands Police, The Mailbox, Hatch PR, and Birmingham International Airport. With a Master's degree in Media Production and a Bachelor's degree in History, Helen also holds a CIPR Advanced Certificate in Public Relations. In their current role as Strategy and Insights Communications Manager at West Midlands Police, Helen leads the development of communication strategies to support force priorities. Additionally, Helen has experience as a Communications Manager and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games WMP comms lead, where Helen was responsible for all external and internal communications related to the event.
