Sarah Lamb

Sarah Lamb, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as the Head of Resourcing and Recruitment at West Midlands Police since February 2023. With extensive experience in the field of recruitment and human resources, Sarah previously held multiple roles at the Independent Office for Police Conduct, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Acting Head of Recruitment, from September 2015 to February 2023. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Resourcing Operations Manager at Barclays and held various recruitment-focused positions across organizations such as Autism West Midlands, Claire's Inc., and O'Neill and Brennan. Sarah's educational background includes a BA in European Politics and German from the University of Leeds.
