Amy Larson

Amy Larson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for the Performance Management Center of Excellence at West Monroe since October 2019, Amy is focused on innovating performance management approaches using design thinking principles. Previously, Amy held the role of VP of Talent at GoKart Labs, contributing to the alignment of talent strategies with business objectives. Other significant positions include Manager of Talent Management at Target, where Amy played a key role in transforming talent management processes, and various roles within HR, including Global Mobility Manager and HR Business Partner. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
