David Hilborn

David Hilborn serves as a Managing Partner and leads the Organization, People & Change practice at West Monroe Partners since September 2019, focusing on people-centered change and aligning organizational practices with strategic priorities. Prior to this role, David spent over 26 years at Mercer, holding various senior leadership positions including Senior Partner for the Multinational Client Group and Gulf Coast Market Leader. David's extensive experience encompasses managing client growth, operational strategies, and human capital consulting across North America. Academically, David holds a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from The George Washington University, a Bachelor's degree in Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College, and has studied abroad at the University of Essex.
