Deric Selchow

Deric Selchow is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business and technology consulting, currently serving as Managing Director of Finance Transformation at West Monroe since December 2013. Prior roles at West Monroe include Director of Financial Operations Consulting and Senior Manager, contributing to transforming organizations and optimizing business performance. Prior to West Monroe, Deric was the Practice Lead for Business Intelligence at Emtec Inc., where leadership of development teams and client consulting on business processes and data integration were key responsibilities. Experience also includes roles as Consultant at Eide Bailly, Financial Analyst at Thomson West and Minnesota Public Radio, and Fiscal Officer at the University of Minnesota. Deric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Winona State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Glencoe Senior High School.
