Gil Mermelstein

Gil Mermelstein is the Senior Managing Director at West Monroe Partners. Gil has over 25 years of experience in management consulting. Prior to joining West Monroe, they were a Partner at BearingPoint from February 2006 to September 2010. Before that, they were the SVP of Strategy & Business Transformation at MBNA from January 2004 to February 2006. Gil started their career at AT Kearney in March 1996 and held various positions including Sr. Manager before leaving in December 2003.
