Gil Mermelstein

Gil Mermelstein is the Chief Operating Officer at West Monroe, where Gil previously held the titles of Managing Partner and Senior Managing Director. Prior to this, Gil was a Partner at BearingPoint. Gil also worked as the SVP of Strategy & Business Transformation at MBNA (now Bank of America). Earlier in their career, Gil was a Sr. Manager at AT Kearney. Gil holds an MBA in Strategy and Corporate Finance from INSEAD.
