Kevin Wicklin

Kevin Wicklin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kevin joined West Monroe in 2015 and held various roles, including Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Senior Principal. At West Monroe, they were responsible for pre-sales, sales, staffing, program management, and capability growth targets. Kevin also served as the Director - Sales Enablement Lead, managing the national Quote to Cash capability and supporting revenue targets for CS Chicago.

Before joining West Monroe, Kevin worked at Etherios as a Senior Functional Consultant and Functional Consultant from 2013 to 2015.

In 2013, they also worked at TKML Technologies, LLC as a Business Analyst, where they acted as a point of contact for clients, collected customer requirements, and collaborated with developers and design teams to build custom e-commerce and print on-demand systems.

Kevin started their career at Nokia in 2010 as a Product Specifications Analyst in the Location & Commerce Division. Kevin was responsible for creating and maintaining digitization coding procedures for an internal mapping database and participated in software development projects using Agile processes.

Prior to Nokia, they worked at Northern Trust as a Technical Writer in 2009 and completed an Aviation Planning Internship at Landrum & Brown in 2008.

Kevin Wicklin attended Northside College Prep High School from 2000 to 2004. After graduating from high school, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation in 2020, Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in 2017, SteelBrick Certified Admin in 2015, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in 2015, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in 2014, and Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer in 2013. Kevin also completed several Salesforce Trailhead badges, including Data Modeling, Data Security, Identity Basics, Salesforce Case Feed, Salesforce Ohana Culture, Salesforce Platform Basics, Service Cloud Basics, Service Console Customization, and UI Customization.
