Lucas Isla is a Senior Consultant for Customer Solutions at West Monroe, with experience in developing data migration processes and integration solutions for Salesforce environments. Since May 2021, Lucas has successfully migrated over 7 million records and designed multiple integration processes using SQL, Boomi, the Salesforce REST API, and other technologies. Prior experience includes roles at Epic as a Software Developer, where Lucas led the development of a patient insurance coverage tool, and at West Monroe Partners as a Customer Experience Intern, creating Apex processes for crop insurance policy management. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
