Matt Kowske

Matt Kowske has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matt started their career at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc., where they held various roles such as Distribution Supervisor, Supplier Conversion Consultant, Facility LEAN Consultant/Auditor Supervisor, and Logistics Planning Engineer 2. During their time at Caterpillar, they achieved significant improvements in emergency order processing, facility LEAN score, internal claims reduction, packing list conformance, and shipping performance.

After their tenure at Caterpillar, Kowske joined Kronos as a Solutions Consultant III, where they completed 17 full life cycle implementations on Workforce Activities. Matt was responsible for assessment, product design documentation, implementation, and configuration of Kronos' Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Activities Modules.
