Michele Catalano

Michele Catalano is an accomplished professional in talent and leadership development with over a decade of experience in various training and management roles. Currently serving as Director of Talent & Leadership Development at West Monroe since May 2012, Michele has also held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to West Monroe, Michele worked as a Training Manager at PLS Financial Services, where the focus was on developing entry-level management curriculum and enhancing talent acquisition processes. Michele's experience includes significant roles at Enova International, Oxford Bank & Trust, North Shore Community Bank & Trust, and Parkway Bank & Trust Company, contributing extensively to employee training and development. Academically, Michele holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Chicago.
