Nicole Saleme

Nicole Saleme is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Life Sciences practice at West Monroe since October 2019, following a progression from Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as an Experienced Consultant at West Monroe and an intern at NYU Langone Health, where Nicole focused on process improvement in the Radiology department. Additionally, experience as a part-time Data Analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention involved work in the Poxi and Rabies branch. Nicole began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the American University of Beirut, conducting experiments in a Molecular Biology Laboratory. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Health Policy and Management from Emory University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the American University of Beirut.
