Rachel Jones

Rachel Jones, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Business Partner at West Monroe since April 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Press Ganey, where support was provided to the Operations division. Prior to that, as Employment Services Manager at the University of Notre Dame, Rachel managed the HR and onboarding process for the Athletics Department. Rachel's career began as a Certified Dental Assistant at Northpoint Pediatric Dentistry, where responsibilities included assisting with patient care and managing administrative tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Film, Television and Theatre from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Indiana University South Bend.
