Stacie Amorose

Stacie Amorose has extensive experience in healthcare and human resources, currently serving as Director of Total Rewards and People Analytics at West Monroe since December 2014. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Director of Lean Healthcare Strategy and Applications at Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative, and Manager at Accenture. Stacie has a strong background in applying lean principles across various healthcare settings, focusing on departments such as nursing, pharmacy, transport, radiology, and safety and quality resources. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at Value Capture and working as a Medication Safety Specialist at Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative. Stacie began a substantial career at UPMC, where the role of Director of Patient and Family Support Services was held from 1994 to 2003. Stacie Amorose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Service Administration from Waynesburg University.
