Stephanie Barber is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at West Monroe since April 2022, Stephanie has focused on developing strategic structures that emphasize team development, technology, and data analytics. Prior roles include Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Celerity, where Stephanie transformed the recruiting experience, and Director of Talent Acquisition at STG Inc. and Cognosante, where Stephanie elevated talent acquisition functions and built strategic teams. Stephanie began a career in recruitment at Project Performance Corporation, contributing to corporate recruitment program development. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Capital Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech.
