Tom Racciatti

Tom Racciatti has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Quality Assurance Software Tester and later a Business Architect at Stockback, which was incubated at Ernst & Young ADC in NYC. Tom then worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Service Associate and later as an Associate Account Manager. After that, Tom joined WW Johnson as the Director of Sourcing & Procurement. Tom then moved to Deloitte Consulting, where they held various positions, including Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant, Manager, and finally as a Summer Associate during their MBA internship. In 2012, they joined West Monroe, initially as a Senior Manager and later progressed to become a Director and then a Partner. Tom'smost recent position at West Monroe is Senior Partner and Minneapolis Office Lead. Tom also serves on the boards of 826 National and 826 MSP, as well as the Alumni Board of The Blake School.

Tom Racciatti earned their MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, graduating in 2009. Prior to that, they received their BA in International Studies - Latin America from Trinity College-Hartford in 1999. In 1998, they briefly attended the University of Buenos Aires. Tom completed their high school education at Blake School from 1991 to 1995.
