Angela Koh / Xu Yingsi

Angela Koh, also known as Xu Yingsi, serves as the Manager of Capacity-building & Systemic Change at West Neighbourhood House, focusing on policy research and community development initiatives in Toronto. Angela's notable projects include facilitating a community action lab for alternatives to policing and designing community education campaigns. Previous experience includes roles as Community Engagement Coordinator at the Working Women Community Centre, where Angela led local economic opportunities initiatives, and as GENC-C Leader for the Gender Equity Network-Canada, advocating for systemic policy changes. Angela's earlier work involved project consulting, research, and teaching at various institutions. Angela holds an MSc in Development Management and a BSc in International Relations, both from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
