Kent Colbourne

Kent Colbourne is an Employment Specialist and Job Developer at West Neighbourhood House since August 2012, where responsibilities include providing employment counseling and training to diverse job-seekers facing various barriers. Kent has also volunteered as a Job Search Coach, assisting clients with resume critiques and job searches. Prior experience includes serving on the Board of Directors at Greenest City, managing recruitment at CI Investments Inc., and leadership roles in client services and employee relations. Kent holds multiple certificates in career development, conflict management, and human resources management, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Toronto.
