Dr. Pansy Lambert-Knowles has extensive work experience in the field of education and data management. Dr. Pansy currently serves as the Director of Compliance at West Oak Lane Charter School. Prior to this, they worked at ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania, where they held the positions of Director of Data & Reporting and Data Specialist. In these roles, they provided leadership and support for the organization's student information system database, trained end users on educational application software, and supervised the process and submission of federal and state reports. Before joining ASPIRA, Inc., Dr. Lambert-Knowles served as the Educational Technology Coordinator at Esperanza Charter Schools. Dr. Pansy also has experience as the Computer Department Head at Esperanza Academy Charter High School.
Dr. Pansy Lambert-Knowles holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Administrative Leadership from Walden University. Dr. Pansy obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Information Systems from La Salle University. Dr. Lambert-Knowles earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History with a minor in Computer Science from Texas State University.
