Toby Howkins

Toby Howkins is a Business Growth Project Manager at the West of England Combined Authority. Prior to this role, Toby held various positions at YTKO, including Project Director and Enterprise Advisor. Toby has also been involved in supporting SMEs through programs like Outset and GetSet for Growth, hosting workshops, organizing events, and attending speaking engagements to support and build the profile of SMEs in the Bristol region. In addition, Toby has experience in student leadership roles, event coordination, retail management, and sales. Toby holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of the West of England.
