Mark Mathews

Mark Mathews has extensive experience in the insurance and underwriting sectors, currently serving as Deputy Head of Underwriting at West of England Insurance Services (Luxembourg) S.A. since October 2016. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Senior Underwriter at Thomas Miller from September 2010 to August 2016, and served as Senior Underwriting Director at The Shipowners' Protection Ltd. (P&I) from January 2009 to September 2010. Mark's career in underwriting began at BMS Harris & Dixon Marine, where a tenure lasting nearly 24 years culminated in the position of Director. Mark's educational background includes attendance at Stationers Company School.
